"Let me just say that I have found a gym home! Jonese is able to give me well rounded advice to fit my specific body type. We created a meal plan based on the goal I was trying to achieve within a certain time frame and with her guidance I was able to meet my goal. Her energy is infectious and she pushes you to do your best because of the great energy in the gym. In general this gym gets my top rating!
