I started JB Fitness with a groupon and absolutely fell in love with the classes. The studio is small so the class size is not that big so you are able to get a lot of attention. Classes are about 1hr and you are sweating the whole time. Jonese is a great trainer and keeps me motivated the entire time! I highly recommend you come and try out the classes, you will be HOOKED."

"Let me just say that I have found a gym home! Jonese is able to give me well rounded advice to fit my specific body type. We created a meal plan based on the goal I was trying to achieve within a certain time frame and with her guidance I was able to meet my goal. I am by no means a "gym rat" but my first time here I knew I found a place where I could comfortably workout. Her energy is infectious and she pushes you to do your best because of the great energy in the gym. In general this gym gets my top rating!
